Applications

It is used either in submerged cones drawing machines as in cone wet drawing machines, besides being compatible with any material used in cones and rows.

Advantages

• It solubilises with water easily making up micro-emulsions having a stable life and service.
• The emulsions show an excellent resistance to hard waters although it is recommended to use water below 40°C.
• De-ionized water can be used without foam problems.
• Excellent resistance to copper soap formation.
• Compatible with usual filtration systems.
• Excellent finishing of wires suitable for enamelling.
• Excellent resistance to bacteriological degradation
